Based in Stratford Prince Edward Island, Victory Lap was established in 2019 by artist/owner James Hogan. James is self-taught and has fascination with heritage goods and discarded and aged materials which has led him to the world of vintage textiles. James repurposes locally found textiles that are damaged, forgotten, or headed to a landfill, with the goal of not only preserving their beauty and history, but showcasing it. Made sustainably, ethically, and with great care each item is one of a kind.
